THE PROGRAM

CHANGE SELF-DEFEATING HABITS

54D is a results-based, 9 week training program utilizing high intensity group training, discipline and commitment.  

The system is divided into 3 specialized areas including physical training, a custom nutritional plan and recovery therapy.  

All participants must remain completely devoted to the program for all 54 days.

GROUP TRAINING

Led by former professional athletes one hour per day, six days a week, for 9 weeks.

NUTRITION PLAN

In-house Nutritionist for customized diets and one-on-one guidance.

RECOVERY SERIES

Weekly CryoTherapy, and Normatec® Compression Therapy with on-site Recovery specialists.

TRACKING PROGRESS

Heart rate monitors during training and health metrics on the 54D App from day 1 through 54.

INBODY®

Analysis and measurements of body composition (% of fat and muscle) and photos taken by specialists to track the visible and measurable results.

COMMUNITY

Constant support system from group training peers and 54D staff.
